Some times great, some times good, most of the time are stressful.
Great but the salary is so low compare to other companies. A really big deal breaker for some employee, including me.
They understand my situation outside of work
They need emotional maturity and emotional intelligence.
We are very open and diverse
Friends, money, and end of shift
higher pay or better hmo
The rest I can take after my work is done
My supervisor treats me like a human rather than an expandable employee
The diversity and how we accept people from different culture and standing
They need to develop emotional intelligence and have some sense of ownership.
Underpaid. Other company pays higher. Higher salary would make me feel better staying.
Emotional and professional maturity. They need to step up and take on task rather than complaining about them.
Aside from pregnant people, they are not very discriminatory against other races, religion/belief or lack thereof, and stance in life.
Next gen "first come first serve" grant is unfair when they took too long to confirm my requirements. I passed my documents right after I received the email yet they prioritize those who did not follow the rule. Also the HMO is really bad. An additional salary increase would be great.
