The pay is good enough but it can be way better. While it's fine, a boost of allowance is a highly appreciated (even just transportation allowance for everyone). Aside pay, everything in this company is perfect. People's first, they value our work, the facilities are awesome, overall a great place.

The open-mindness of everyone and their eagerness to improve each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The recognition they give to us employees to boost our morale and inspire us to do more.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The balance between fun and work. The facilities provide stuff like gaming room, music corner, and enough free time for us to unwind and utilize these things outside productive time.
What makes you most happy at work?
Not only that my passion relates to my LOB but also the fact that TaskUs is so accepting to different type of people. I don't normally fit in, but with TaskUs, I feel like it's my home.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The basic salary is fine and it's enough for what we do. But a bit more allowance would be nice. Not all of us work night time so us day shifters have no night differential, but we travel and spend transportation too. A simple thing like transportation allowance would be a huge step up for us.
