What do you like best about the leadership team?
My supervisor doesn't give any acknowledgement when something happens emergency specially when I ask approval for late log in or unable to go to work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is very low. I'm currently receiving 12,500 as my basic and 6,000 as account allowance. Basic salary is too low specially to those individual who has more than 5 years of BPO experienced
