What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary is competitive if you are an external hire. 24 Leaves in a year is actually good.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
TaskUs needs to work on streamlining their processes. Have consultations to those who will be affected by process change. Needs improvement in information dissemination, identify risk factors and damage control.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Internal hires do not have any leadership training. We only have self paced module trainings. On top of that, my coworkers are not good in decision making and taking ownership. If you are capable, tasks of your coworkers will be assigned to you.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
A lot of miscommunication about company processes. Action plans are half baked and no one would like to take accountability if something wrong happens. They are fond of engagement activities wherein business related items are missed out and most of the times impacting teammates.
