What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we are working from home thus can't really say anything special. The teams here in our account seems somehow connected to each other since other team's supervisor are approachable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
20k salary per month is not enough to support a family on today's cost of living here in the Philippines. with the amount of jobs per day being ask from us with the little pay we get makes us feel really undervalued
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
professionalism. Our supervisor tolerates poor behavior, he could have done better by talking to us and connect with us rather than being just a typical supervisor who just coach us with our scores He is always asking if we have other concern however I always feel not heard whenever I try to open up
