A very good place to work. One thing that I want to improve is to have a better salary package specially for tenured folks and higher yearly increase. Nevertheless, they are really great since they promote work/life balance which is true and needed by all of BPO employee.

TaskUs is a good company and like other BPO company it has areas of improvement as well. My most important take is, you should provide competitive salary on your TM's job role. If the TM feel that they are compensated enough, they will left.

Very open to feedback and changes. They always listen to their teammate.

Well, my team leader is very vocal and open to us whenever there are critical update with the campaign. I appreciate that a lot. Also, I appreciate the mini games and rewards (such as treating as food in her own pocket) to inform the team for a job well done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The thing is, I was promoted as a L2 teammate in our campaign but I believe, management team is lacking to provide us proper compensation as this role is requiring more skills than what L1 is doing. I believe we are subject to a raise since this is not just a change of role but change of job as well
