I am not confident enough to recommend the company because there are situations where TaskUs make me feel that I am heard but not understood. There's also no urgency for any concerns I've raised before. But the good thing is that the executive team keeps trying to seek our opinion to improve it.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be better to have at least Php 500 Annual Merit Increase and Incentives for hitting the Metrics to keep everyone motivated.
