Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary. They justified their below-average rate to the area we're located in. Provincial or not, the cost of living is the same for the whole country. In this area, they need massive work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I've had my fair share of leaders who truly care for the well-being of their direct team. They give you pointers to improve, tell you to take your breaks, there's no company politics, and it's not toxic working with them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You have a lot of resources that are available to you. Need help with emotional and mental regulation? Go sign up for coaching, group coaching, and even wellness sessions. Need to catch up on your zzzs? Sleeping quarters. Food? Free, the menu is delicious, and it's healthy!
