Financial account should be compensated accordingly since this is considered as a sensitive account.
What are some of the best things about your team?
None that I could think of since I'm placed in a team wherein the TL does not care about our welfare, well he has his favorites.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Pertaining to TL Emmanuel Villanueva and OM Leogil Pavo of P2P, they do not embody the definition of how leaders should be. Given the chance if there'd be, higher ops should always give a refresher course on this matter. A leader should be someone who uplifts the team, and not demotivate.
