Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The industry trend is that an employee's salary is determined by their spoken language, not their position. Thus, some managers and supervisors have the same or lower salary than agents (but still more responsibilities). A fairer practice is to have specific salaries per positions/responsibilities.
