at first it was a good experience but afterwards, it was hard and the salary is not enough for the efforts, labors, hardship that was exerted to this company as well as the vendor hellofresh

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

nothing. it just became harder and harder and low compensation/ incentives

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

it's hard and the client seems to not care as well as our operations manager

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Higher skill allowance! We started from 1 concurrency/chat with the same skill allowance that we have right now but we are now with 4 concurrencies/chat!!!

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Stressful campaign 4 chats at the same time is unhealthy then they are still looking for lower AHT, hold time and higher KPI, also, limited time to tagged help even though we're having hard time Unacceptable!!!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Low skill allowance despite of increasing the number of chats to 4 cc at the same time and the management is looking for high score on KPI. HMO is hassle to used and is only clinic based. approval to used the hmo is also hard
