It was average. What madenit that way is that there are a lot of coworkers who really don't give an F about others' sentiments when they go barbarically noisy inside the floor. Apparently this is really not being dealt with.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I dont know what will make me feel better about my pay.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to be very clear with what they want to enforce because a lot of times some are utterly nonsense
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Being respectful in the workplace. Sometimes even their TL and OM tolerate such barbaric and insensitive acts of disrupting others' focus while working.
