my overall experience at the company is neutral I guess, because there’s always ups and downs when it comes to work. it’s not always being happy or motivated at work, sometimes it’s just really tiring especially when you’re on-site and need to wake up early to go

The best thing about our team is that we have fun while doing our job and help each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think it would be better if the company values every teammate and shows that they value them, not just about praising them but by giving them reward. for us to be feel motivated and inspired by going to work.
