I have had my ups and downs with TaskUs, I am thankful to have a WFH job and flexibility for my children. However, I see Taskus losing campaigns and lay offs, as well as benefits declining like the food pantry and get togethers they used to have, bonuses and recognition.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
giving raises, communication, helping with moving up

Flexibility, love my manager, i enjoy the Christmas party
What makes you most happy at work?
my boss my team and being able to wrk from home
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
they are all unhappy due to the pay situation, yrs of working here w no raise
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
getting a raise, and we rarely get any awards or any type of recognition. One time we did but our team mates never got their prize. We have to chase management for a meeting to discuss our pay. I would not recommend this company.
