working here gets worse with each passing day. More work and responsibility with little to no increase in pay, increase in healthcare cost with less benefit, my job being off shored with no warning, the company doesn't care about us.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone works well with each other and realizes that the company does not value us so we work hard to make the days enjoyable.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
TaskUS is terrible at communicating with the US team. There's a huge lack of transparency that might be acceptable elsewhere but certainly not here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The great employees who try to make the best of our situation by thinking of creative free ways to connect since the company barely supplies a budget for us.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Be transparent about changes in the company, actually listen to the people who are on the front line every day in regards to changes, stop off shoring jobs from the us
