Company's infrastructure is good and creates positive vibes when working, leadership team is also doing their best for us. There is one thing we want to say that package increment should be provided to us on yearly basis.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Teammates and leadership team here always make sure that we're getting support from others when needed and the best thing is that everyone is treated in same way and its not Position/Designation biased treatment here.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We accepted the job offer letter on the basis of job description for a TEAMMATE, but when actually started working for campaign we came to know that job duties are bit different and requires more efforts as compared to what was mentioned in job description.
