What do you like best about the leadership team?
Understandable and approachable. Very Good
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary is very low and HMO card is not always available to use due to few clinics and hospitals accepts it
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to learn how to respect everyone's spaces. They are so noisy during productive hours. They do not know how to observe silence.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There are Smart TVs inside the the production floor. Since we are a non voice / back office account, maybe I think IT can play some movies instead of showing boring images.
