The best thing about my current team is we all make sure that we get things done with no backlogs.
Leadership focuses too much on negativity or mistakes of teammates and doesn't even appreciate the efforts and the good things that the teammate is exerting.
I am not really sure. I guess we just have to focus on the core value of the company as we no longer see it within our leaders.
When I first step in the company, I am really happy since the culture really shows how they protect their employees. I am not really sure what is happening.
