What is the best part about your compensation package?
Although the basic is somewhat average and benefits it still great for me because we get to work frm home plus nonvoice account.
What makes you most happy at work?
Becaue I don't have to travel for how many hours plus non voice I'm not stressed and get to enjoy working while watching my kids at home.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very transparent if there is a change in LOB or workflow. They treat us the way we wanted to be treated. No disputes for my pay for the past 8months I've been here. Everything is great!
