No politics, team work can be felt. Everyone is equal.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They really care about us (Their employees). They also knows how to listen.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The HMO package in which I can add 2 company paid dependents and the free meal.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work itself and my teammates as well, since nobody is toxic and not that stressful wherein I am not mentally and physically exhausted.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No toxic Ops and leaders. They really do care about the well being of their employees. They made sure that no one will be left behind. Refreshers were provided if it's needed.
