Since I also work across all sites of my campaign, my compensation contradicts what I have

They never made me feel undervalued with the site im currently in. Its just amazing the my voice matters.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm an LXL here but I also work w/ our partnered site, and its just disappointing that I'm willing to extend help whenever its needed and our partnered site are not doing the same. I feel undervalued and on the back of my mind if thats gonna be my workflow, might as well receive atleast 40K salary
