I am happy when I join Task us as this is one of my dream company. But now with all of the cost cutting the is going on. I feel that it is no longer worth it . Specially the new HMO is a trash. No individual incentives for your hard work. Salary increase is low for 300-500 and its by rank.

None so far this is a new team so we are still on getting to know.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The cost cutting of this company is too much. bring back our individual incentives. bring back our old HMO. Lets us feel the people first culture again.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The people first culture is no longer exist in this company. They have remove individual incentives, salary increase is by rank for only 300-500 for a year. And the new health card is a trash.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
