Overall our company provides excellent work-life balance setup, but provides ridiculously low salary. Performance-based incentives that you won't even feel. Recent health care provider does not suffice the needs of teammates, and discouraging pay rates for Support Team.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The people first culture is no longer exist in this company. They have remove individual incentives, salary increase is by rank for only 300-500 Php for a year. And the new health card is not sufficient in providing good healthcare for us teammates.
