Still at my initial stage and aiming for regularization but I have been enjoying it and being exposed a lot; from hosting events and applying for higher position.

divers attitudes but with honesty and kindness to one another, render helping hand when needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
though our work seems easy, the struggle on maintaining our alignment test is heavy on our department. i do hope a little increase on our salary can be provided
What makes you most happy at work?
working with my team mates and knowing i get my kids have hmo and i get paid so i can give the best to my family, hopefully I can get promoted too and increase my salary
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They put me first even if I was still on my 1st month, my manager had me auditioned and applied for LXA position because she believes in me. It warms the heart knowing even if I cant, someone believes in me. :)
