The company have best policies and benifits,. The management is great. However there is no transperance with the supervisor or with the manager. They can take any unreasonable actions on TM without proper justification. Company have provided us CL and PL, however it is very hard to take any CL here.
What makes you most happy at work?
The team and my friends.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Except my immeditate supervisor review call, even if team's target and performance is met, everything else in the office is positive.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is very smart working and have a common goal to achive the given target. Working in a team is fun.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Most of the time, teammates are overworked. Teamleaders are not at all considertate. They are okay with losing a teammate over the pity reason.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership should be more transperant with the teammates, My current leadership team put imposed few unreasonable actions without proper justification. Leadership team should not give more value to the optics rather than the qualtiy of work of the teammate.
