A little increase on basic salary or even the account premium would make it competitive enough and make me feel like my time and skill are being valued.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can say that the company really put the effort to provide adequate and quality amenities for employees, in which improves our work-life balance, and make us creative and more productive.
