I am happy to where I am right now. Our company greatly supports career advancement as there are free trainings to enroll from. Aside from that, we have scholarship which not all company offers. May I add that we have amazing leaders who always makes us feel heard.

I'm hoping for reasonable increase in basic pay to cope up with the increasing standard of living.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Always People first and and the mantra to work hard but have fun. We always have engagement to balance life and work. Also, we have a lot of benefits we currently enjoyed.
