I love working with TaskUs because of all the things I can learn, and all the benefits the company offers, although, this is the first job were I don't even have friends due to the lack of teamwork culture and the focus leadership has on your results and not you as a person

I have never been challenged as I have been in taskus, but at the same time I have never learned as much as I have here and I have never been on a job like this before, I really love working here

To be honest I only know my co workers name since we never have time to share or spend time on different activities, besides the experience our leaders have it seems they are only focused on results and do not promote a team work culture, once you start your shift you are alone with your team
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The mindset of focusing only on the results the leaders can provide and have more activities that allow the leadership team to share time and create a teamwork culture, it seems that if you are a manager or above they only thing that matters is your results and not you as a person, that should chang
