They need to provide enough salary to their employees. Provide good and reliable HMO or healthcare.

They need to make their employees get the benefits they deserve in terms of HMo, incentives and leaves.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary increase is too low. Incentives are per team and not given every month. No medical reimbursement. HMO is cheap.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
it is work from home, this is the only thing that is best in this company. I hope this will remain.
