Good for now, I just can't get used to night shifts, I think it's taking a toll on my health

i'm still on a learning phase when it comes to my role, but i think in this role i'm stuck to being a contingent worker for the clients, so i guess there's not much advancement that will happen here

Coworkers need to improve how to be professionals who can use the situation as a stepping stone towards levelling up instead of using it to complain. We could work better together if there's more positivity and professionalism
