they are very resilient compare to the work loads provided

may compensation should match on my work loads - aparently it's still not balanced

i dont know yet i am hoping that they will guide me to grow career wise

compensation and workloads wise - if they can also have a client allowance for the lead not just for teammates - we are also employees and people
