Again, I've been here for 3 years, close to four and ever since I joined this company, it just went downhill since 2020.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Acknowledging their mistakes, directly speaking to us employees, knowing our worth, and to stop deflecting and low balling their employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We find solace in the fact that we all experience the same thing. We're always exhausted but at the end of the day, we're still able to joke and laugh about stuff but then again that's not an excuse to keep us this miserable and drowning.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been here for 3 years, close to 4 and their "competitive salary" won't even cover the cost of living here in our country and they constantly treat us like were we should be thankful to them when they never hire and just shuffle everyone to cover unfilled spots.
