Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
since we are working with internatonal client and has no room for mistakes in our line of job compensation should atleast starts at least 17k monthly 3k work from home allowance (electric and internet bill) and with a slight increase Quarterly since we don't have yearly bonus.
