They are helpful and willing sharing their opinions whenever we facing some complicated situations.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
If employee's compensation (Basic salary, Overtimes and Public Holiday rates) restructure will be better.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They should open discussions between leaders and teammates instead of inform teammates after decisions made by leaders only.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yearly increment for basic salary not even 5% compared to market rate is extremely low, Overtime rates and Public Holidays rates is not moderate.
