What makes you most happy at work?
Easy to approach teammates and leads, open to constructive criticism and feedback (LIFT), included amenities for employees (food albeit needs to improve, and gym and pods).
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Annual increase isn't really that good if the basic pay remains to be the minimum. It would greatly improve employees' morale if the basic pay starts from a reasonable amount and not comparable to those without experience. Food forward needs to greatly improve as well.
