Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Comparing to other Taskus offices, the pay grade in Rangrezza is fairly less. I believe with location, company standards are compromised too.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It's like we work from the office, with a feeling of working from home, and that makes a big difference, maintaining official demeanor is not what employees work on, instead getting the task at hand finished is the motive, while avoiding distractions,
