It's been a good year overall, but definetly lots that could be improved especially with the salary or skills allowance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is respect amongst us.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's nice to have workmates who respect each other.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Better compensation. The yearly salary increase is very impacting for me and a factor to stay at the company.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Calibrations especially with updates to be uniform with process and updates. Another is understanding our concerns and making actions to better our experience as employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In less than one year of being employed, I've been trained and upskilled but the compensation stayed the same. I was hired and trained to do emails but upskilled to now handle live chat and inbound calls. I'm skeptical that my skills allowance stayed the same with no increase for additional skills
