Great opportunity at the start of my career in 2016 since this is the only company that hired me and gave a 36 yrs old job hopper a chance., All I can say is that i worked hard and valued my work for the past 8 yrs but right now I do not feel that valued and just working to pay for the bills.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
5 times I was granted by TU scholarhips only last year I wasn't granted due to late submission. This year I might not be granted due to issue on school assessment which was invalid but I've been using it for 2 yrs and it was approved by HR. Going on 8 yrs now with TU.
