What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people that I get along with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The attentiveness in regards with the needs of employee especially at times of calamity.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It's kinda unfair how we follow some rules but not our Team Lead. Sometimes it feels like power tripping.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my teammates and they are one of the reason why I'm staying, just hope our TL could be more compassionate.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like we're not getting the same benefits that we had with our old HMO. I am grateful with HMO provided by the Company however with the new HMO I feel like its kinda downgraded.
