I am here for almost a year now, and I am happy with the project I work on. Love the people in my team and in other teams. Team Leaders are always providing support. Only thing I would change is to make bigger increase in salary.

I would prefer that salaries are increased according to inflation. Although I love working from home, having monthly 800

Our leadership team on my project does its best to provide us clear goal's and expectations and gives us enough time to learn new skills if needed

Salary is too low and expectations are too high, if I am assigned to one market let me be on one market instead of handling all and of course mistakes will happen then
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
It is exhausting to handle several languages plus live communication and then everyone expecting from you to be outstanding in performance. I am working here for a year and I have low motivation to stay currently
