I feel safe and I feel I finally belong to the group!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's not toxic, easy to work on the environment I'm with right now. It would be best if we still have TL Trisha Francisco as our team lead again hehe
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very hands on and they know which part is lacking and they'll work on with that. We have lots of team meeting to focus on the things we should work on
