Joining taskus is literally a restart to all things as before i have lived from different province wherein i worked in telco account as csr. I was amazed by how less toxic the job is and how much they support the employees when it comes to peace of mind.

Having clubs/groups to join and meeting new people such as GATCHA a gamers club where i am a member of

You will be push and pulled to take the best out of you, under pressure but a good way of making an employee do better and do more.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
its the skills allowance its what makes my salary bigger than most campaign partly because we are trained to be multi skilled and must be able to learn new process
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that i don't have to face toxic work like my previous one. in my job at taskus i just process lots and lots of things and not take in calls and get cussed on
