I just hope for a better work and life balance, we are working to earn, yes but we also need time to rest not just rest days or leaves. The company should be fair and have a culture fit given that here in the Philippines we tend to celebrate Christmas and NYs - I hope for HR to have reg hol offs

What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our manager, Michelle Ann Villon is very hands on, helpful, and most of all she is a real leader. Leading us to grow and learn.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Most of us, other HR Ops we feel under valued we do not have an incentive even though we are part of the backbone of the company for helping the operations and executives. Also, we were in need to work on holidays unlike other officers that they do not have a shift on Holidays (regular).
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The work before health culture. We are working 5 times / week and most of the time we tend and need to extend for hours just to cater the operations and execs which is UNHEALTHY. We are also mandated to work on regular holidays, most HR in other companies they are on HTO every reg holidays
