What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They practice inclusivity and respect diversity. Discrimination has no place to flourish in this company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I would say the rice and clothing allowance, but more than that, I highly appreciate the fact that they put up a day care where parents like me can leave our children safely while we perform our work and it's for free.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like the most about them is the genuine care they show to their people. They will assist you all the way from identifying your strength and weakness and planning how to enhance your skills more and combat your weakness to your advantage.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My teammates are all pleasant people to work with. You will not feel that you are in competition with them but rather, you will feel that we are all working together as a team to achieve our goals not just a s a team but as an individuals.
