It's been a little over 10 years since I got deported and been all around some places twice and I had never work on a place like this. TaskUs is the best calling center here in Mexico.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The Vibe and the atmosphere that surround us and most importantly the respect is what matters the most.
What makes you most happy at work?
Payday!!! LOL...JK, well some how it does but mostly is to feel great to come to work and most importantly feel like coming to my second home since other than my place is where i spend most of time
What do you like best about the leadership team?
promptly respond to nay issue, plenty of fee back ,the ability to multi task knowing they have to worry about their own personal responsibilities on their part as well as the rest of the team. In general is outstanding work done and I'm just glad that I'm part of the team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our environment will be based on common areas which are always kept sparkling clean to the equipment always kept in primes conditions with hardly any issues and if there is always quit to address it . In general from management to the agents on the floor are always in good presentation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I personally think it will be helpful to have a little more transportation money as well as the food card for the week. And as far as our pay maybe get an increment for your seniority every 6 months or annually for me money is what motivates me to do a better performance .
