What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Terrible queue and handling 2 LOB is not really worth looking forward.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My TL boost our team by supporting us and teaching different ways on how to improvement, but aside from her....
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Chance to have a negotiation on it and to the fact that I am on a different LOB that I was suppose to be since they are "prioritizing hiring for an LOB" I felt like a buffer and thankfully I was part of a good team. Need to hire more people to match the queue instead of assigning 2 LOBs
