What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Empathy, Transparency, Prior Planning, and provision to protect people WHO HAVE WORKED HARD FOR THEIR SPOT WITH THE LEVEL OF INTEGRITY AND MERITOCRACY ABOVE ALL. I lost all drive working for this company and contemplating on leaving as soon as ALL MY FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS are DONE
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We were transferred from tghe PLUS LOB (which has a higher skills premium allowance) back to CORE (with a lower skills premium) with no transparent regards apart from the spiel that "It was a BUSINESS DECISION TO CONCENTRATE everything in PHOENIX". They out in the work to retain the top 25 people !
