Everyone is involved and trying to adapt with the company culture
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that my IS is always there for me. Especially during the storm days. She made sure that I got everything I needed to survive during those times.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Undervalued in terms of like performance, I feel like we're not getting enough recognition unless we exceeded the leaders expectations. sometimes we forget to celebrate smalls wins. Regarding with compensation it's much better if they will be doing salary increase.
