EVeryone is thinking about there own, there is no teambuilding and emotions. otherwise everything is good with coworkers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As per my qualification and as per the seniority we are getting paid much less than a labour building structures. And we are saying we are working in a corporate for a internatinal campaign. What justify this? We can't paid enough to just fullfill the single person need. How we can help our family?
