Seeing my friends (teammates) and to think that my work is one piece of protecting not only the clients goal but also to make the world safer.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think with the current inflation, compensation is not sufficient to make an easier and wealthier life. It is just enough to provide for family needs but no savings.
